Tremco Tuff-N-Dri: This is a excellent product to keep air and moisture out of your basements.  It is a asphault based product and stays below grade.  It only comes in black, but since it stays below grade it will not be seen when your project is complete.

Poly-Wall Airlock Flex VP

Poly-Wall Airlock Flex VP is a coating design for use as an air barrier and installed on concrete and concrete masonry surfaces to prevent the penetration of moisture and air yet, allow water vapor to escape.  Typical application includes: coating masonry walls, masonry cavity walls, and exterior grade gypsum sheeting in the cavity.  This product has a light gray color.  Superior UV resistance allows its use on both unexposed and exposed portions of walls.  It can be applied in a temperature range of 10 to 120 degrees F.  It dries to an elastomeric film. Does not require primer.

Poly-Wall Airlock

Poly-Wall Airlock is designed for use on concrete and concrete masonry surfaces to prevent the penetration of moisture and air.  Typical application includes coating single wythe walls, masonry walls, masonry cavaity walls, poured walls, and exterior grade gypsum sheeting.  This product has a attractive gray color.  Superior UV resistance allows its use on both unexposed and exposed portions of walls.  It can be applied in a broad temperature range of -10 to 100 degrees F.  It has superior adhesive so it stays in place.  It dries to a hard non tacky finish suitable for interior exposed walls.  Does not require a primer, but can be used as a primer for Poly-Wall Airlock Flex.

Crack Guard Systems

Crack Guard Waterproofing system is designed for use on concrete and concrete masonry as well as on insulated concrete forms (ICFs).  Typical application includes foundation waterproofing, split slab construction such as plaza decks,  and tunnels.  This product is to be used when ambient and surface temperatures at the time of application and for a minimum of 36 hours after application is above 45 degrees F.  For surface or ambient temperatures below 45 degrees the use of Poly-Wall Activator is recommended.  Crack Guard is recommended for use of extruded (closed cell) ICF's.

Poly-Wall Stretch

Poly-Wall Stretch Waterproofing coating is designed for use on concrete and concrete masonry.  Typical application includes foundation walls.  This product is a cold applied, elastomeric membrane consisting of a solvent based liquid material that dries to a tough, elastomeric coating designed to provide a barrier to water passage and bridge small shrinkage cracks up to 1/16th.  Poly-Wall Stretch can be applied to suberanean concrete, an d concrete block structures to prevent the passage of water.  Poly-Wall Stretch is designed for positive side hydrostatic pressure and is not recommended for surfaces subject to negative side hydrostatic pressure.  For best results a primer coat of Poly-Wall Pro 1000 or Poly-Wall Pro 2000 is recommended, but not required.

Poly-Wall Pro 1000

Poly-Wall Pro 1000 is designed for use on concrete and concrete masonry surfaces to prevent the penetration of water as well as protect the surface from other chemical intrusion.  Typical application includes coating exterior foundation walls.  For superior moisture control, coating of the interior and exterior foundation walls is recommended.  The durability as well as water and chemical resistance of Poly-Wall Pro 1000 suggested other uses.  Poly-Wall Pro 1000 is an attractive gray color with glossy finish and can be used on both unexposed  and exposed portions of foundations.  Coating foundation walls all of the way to the top provides a unique ability to protect against moisture from rain and water and melting snow as well as typical below grade moisture.

Poly-Wall Industrial 3100/3101 Coatings

Poly-Wall Industrial 3100/3101 coatings are designed for use on concrete and concrete masonry surfaces to prevent the penetration of water as well as protect the surface from other chemical intrusion.  Typical application includes coating foundation walls, and concrete tanks for the storage and/or treatment of wastewater.  The durability as well as water and chemical resistance of Poly-Wall Industrial 3100 suggests other uses.  Poly-Wall Industrial 3100 is gray in color and 3101 is white in color.

Clear Seal 5000 Coating

Clear Seal 5000 sealer is designed for use on conrete, concrete masonry, brick, and stone surfaces to prevent the penetration of water as well as protect the surface from other chemical intrusion.  Typical application includes coating brick or stone facades as well as coating concrete or brick patios, driveways, and balconies to preven the penetration of water while still allowing the surface to breath.  Clear seal 5000 is a non-elastomeric sealer designed to resist the hydrostatic pressure of standing or puddled water.  Clear Seal 5000 is very durable and UV resistant.
