Valley Concrete & Construction is looking for a competent Construction Foreman for our Bernardston Massachusetts poured concrete company. As construction foreman you should have a solid background in the field.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans Allocate general and daily responsibilities.
• Supervise and train workers and trades peoples.
• Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met.
• Supervise the use of machinery and equipment.
• Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within the budget. Resolve problems when they arise.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a construction foreman.
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.
• Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate and report effectively.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• Good physical condition and stamina Valid Driver's license.
